Labs is the continuous workspace behind the technical work.
Experiments answer individual questions with a method, evidence and a conclusion. Labs holds the infrastructure, prototypes and systems that keep evolving between those tests.
Some become projects. Others simply make the next experiment possible.

Reducing friction through systems
Automation is useful when it removes repeated decisions and manual hand-offs.
I use it to connect tools, data and recurring tasks without making the workflow harder to understand.
The goal is not more automation. It is a system that needs less attention to keep doing useful work.

A narrow technical question can become an Experiment. A system that grows beyond the test can become a Project. Some pieces stay inside Labs and keep evolving quietly in the background.
There is no requirement for everything to become a finished product.
The value is often in understanding the system well enough to decide what deserves to move forward.
